Hello and Welcome!

First things first, my name is Lexi. I am a puppy, well a large puppy, to be more exact I am a Great Dane puppy.

I live on the beautiful North Shore of Auckland, New Zealand.  I’m very lucky as I only live about a 5min walk away from the beach   and they are off leash beaches which are even better, beacuse I love to run!

I live here with my persons Laura and Marc and sometimes 1, 2 or even 3 other dogs.  So I always have a play mate if I want one.

There is a good reason why sometimes I’m not the only dog in the house and that is because my person Laura trains Mobility Dogs, these are dog trained to help people with long term physical disabilities.  So they are very good dogs who help teach me things I need to learn.

 

So as you can probably guess my person Laura loves dogs and training hehe.  From the very first day I have been learning my manners and basic commands.

When I get bigger Laura, hope’s to get into all sorts of different things, like Therapy Dogs, Agility, tracking and possible even Canine Freestyle.  But thats a wee while away, I’ve got to grow into my paws yet :p
